This 60 m² apartment was designed for an older couple and a grandmother, with the layout planned to adapt over time. At the first stage, the living room works as both a lounge and an additional sleeping area, while later it can transform into a full living room. The design solution was built around flexibility, thoughtful zoning, and technical planning for more than one future scenario.

The interior combines a light contemporary base with richer textures and deeper accents, bringing together two different aesthetic preferences within one cohesive space. Soft pastel tones, warm wood, light textiles, and clean lines are balanced by darker surfaces, graphic lighting, black details, and more expressive materials, creating an interior that feels calm, layered, and practical for everyday life.

The same principle continues throughout the apartment: functional on a daily basis, but planned with change in mind. The kitchen keeps a light and visually clean appearance while integrating the boiler into the layout, and the bathroom and entrance area introduce more contrast and textural depth to give the apartment a stronger visual rhythm.
